Apple has renamed iCloud Photo Sharing to Shared Photo Library on iOS12. On an iPhone, there are a couple of ways in which you can share photos. Up to 100 people can be invited and 5,000 photos uploaded. Invitees can then upload their own photos/videos to the album and comment and “like” pictures.
